Low season : 400 € /Sem.
High season : 600€/Sem

Discount depending on length of stay, during normal and low season. Surety and deposit fee are required for all reservations. It will be equal to the amount of the rental. and will be part of the legislation. In case of significant degradation you will have the opportunity to involve your insurance stay.
